Dr. Richard F. Jackson is a Board Certified Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon and has been practicing in the Sacramento, California area for the past 35 years. His experience is well-rounded in surgically facilitated orthodontics and orthognathic surgery.
Dr. Richard Jackson began his career with an interest in orthognathic surgery in 1974 while he was an intern at Wright-Patterson Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio. Although, orthognathic surgery has advanced vastly since those early days. Dr. Jackson remains a pioneer and forward thinker and is a frequent guest lecturer on the subject of orthognathic surgery.
Dr. Jackson retired from major hospital surgery and orthognathic surgery in 2018, today, he continues to practice office-based oral surgery part-time.
